Meet Our Leadership Team

Kid's Culture Childcare & Learning Center.

Mandy McKenna

Executive Director

Hello, I’m Mandy McKenna; I have been with Kid's Culture for a combination of 8 years. In 2021, I became the Director of Kid’s Culture in Barrington. As of 2024, I became the Executive Director of all Kids’ Culture locations.

I have been in childcare for over 26 years. In that time, I worked with children of all ages. Over the years, I have taken many courses in child growth and development and attended many workshops, including a week-long training on Conscious Discipline. I also have a background in ABA Therapy.

I have four children, ages 13 to 24. My passion is working with children and participating in their growth and development.

I love spending time with my family and traveling in my free time.

Sarah Theriault

Dover North Director

Hello, I'm Sarah Theriault, the Director at Dover North! A New Englander at heart, I pursued my degree in Science with a major in Early Childhood Education from Granite State College.

My journey in the childcare field spans over 12 years, during which I have honed my skills and knowledge. While I have worked with children of all ages, my passion lies in the care and development of infants and toddlers. My Level 2 infant/toddler foundational Credential with the State of New Hampshire reflects this.

I have two children of my own, and in our free time we enjoy spending time together and exploring the community.

Sandy Linscott

Somersworth Director

Hi, I’m Sandy, one of the Directors at Somersworth! I’ve been working in early childhood education for three years, and it’s truly become my passion.

I hold my Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and am currently working toward my associate degree in early childhood education.

Creating a warm, nurturing environment where children feel safe, confident, and loved is at the heart of everything I do. I believe in meeting children where they are, celebrating their milestones, and helping them grow at their own pace.

I also love connecting with families and building strong relationships. I want every parent to feel like they’re part of our Kid’s Culture family. When you walk into our center, my goal is for you to feel the laughter, love, and sense of belonging that make our community so special.
