Mandy McKenna

Executive Director

Hello, I’m Mandy McKenna; since 2021, I have been the Director of Kid’s Culture in Barrington. As of 2024, I am also the Executive director of all Kid’s Culture locations.  I have been in childcare for over 26 years. In that time, I worked with children of all ages. Over the years, I have taken many courses in child growth and development and many workshops, including a week of training on Conscious Discipline. I have four children ranging from 13-24. My passion is working with children and participating in their growth and development. I love spending time with my family and traveling in my free time.

Sarah Theriault

Dover North Director

Hello, I'm Sarah Theriault, the Director at Dover North! A New Englander at heart, I pursued my degree in Science with a major in Early Childhood Education from Granite State College. My journey in the childcare field spans over 12 years, during which I have honed my skills and knowledge. While I have worked with children of all ages, my passion lies in the care and development of infants and toddlers. My level 2 infant/toddler foundational Credential with the State of New Hampshire reflects this. I have two children of my own, and in our free time, we enjoy spending time together and exploring things in the community.
